Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of دوائي (Dawai). Please read them before using the app.
What Dawai does
Dawai helps you find which nearby pharmacies say they have a medicine available. It is an information and communication tool — it is not a pharmacy, not a doctor, and does not provide medical advice.
No medical advice
Information in the app is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a pharmacist or doctor about medicines, doses, and treatment. For emergencies, contact your local emergency services.
Availability is not guaranteed
Availability is based on what pharmacies report and can change at any time. A reply does not hold stock for you unless a pharmacy confirms your reservation. We recommend confirming directly with the pharmacy before traveling, especially for urgent needs.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, use the app lawfully, and do not misuse it — for example with spam requests, false information, or abusive behaviour. Misuse may lead to limits on, suspension of, or removal of your account.
Pharmacies’ responsibilities
Pharmacies are responsible for the accuracy of their own replies, availability, prices, and the medicines they provide. Dawai is not a party to, and is not responsible for, transactions between you and a pharmacy.
Accounts & deletion
You can delete your account from the app at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Service provided “as is”
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Dawai is not liable for decisions made based on information in the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
