Delete your account

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

If you can sign in, open the app and go to Account → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately: your profile is removed, your sessions end, and your data is deleted as described below.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app or your phone number, email us at support@dawailb.com. So we can locate the account and confirm it is yours, please include:

• Your account type: patient or pharmacy
• The phone number the account is registered with
• How we can verify you own the account — for example, that you can receive a code on that phone number

To protect your account from malicious requests, we may need to verify ownership before deleting — for example by sending a code to the account’s phone number. After ownership is verified, we process the deletion and confirm completion through the contact method you used.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, phone number, email (if any), city/area, and language preference
• Your medicine requests and the pharmacy replies, reservations, ratings, and comments attached to them
• Your notification tokens and in-app notification inbox
• Your sign-in sessions on all devices

What may be kept

• Aggregate statistics that do not identify you, such as a pharmacy’s overall rating average and anonymous daily demand counts
• Reports you filed against a pharmacy, kept for safety review with your written note removed — the reporter reference they contain no longer resolves to an active Dawai account after deletion
• Notification send-logs with the recipient reference removed, and anything the law requires us to keep

Pharmacy accounts

Pharmacy accounts are created and managed by the Dawai team, so they cannot be deleted from inside the app. To close one, email support from the pharmacy’s registered contact details; our team verifies the request and closes the account.
